Terms and Conditions for Elevate Air LLC

1. Services Provided

Elevate Air LLC is committed to delivering exceptional HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance services. All services will be executed in accordance with the agreed-upon scope detailed in our quotes or contracts.

2. Quotes and Payments

Quotes remain valid for a period of 30 days unless specified otherwise.
A deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking.
Full payment is expected upon completion of the service unless an alternative arrangement has been established.

3. Warranty and Liability

We guarantee workmanship for a duration of 1 year. Manufacturer warranties are applicable to the equipment provided.
Elevate Air LLC shall not be held liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions or misuse of the installed equipment.

4. Privacy Policy

• Client information is utilized exclusively for service delivery and will not be disclosed without prior consent.

5. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will be addressed through mediation prior to initiating legal proceedings.

6. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.

1. Scope of Work

Elevate Air LLC provides HVAC diagnostic, repair, maintenance, installation, and HVAC accessories. Work will be performed based on findings at the time of service and customer approval.

2. Diagnostic & Service Fees

A diagnostic/service fee is required for all service calls.
This fee covers system evaluation and troubleshooting only.
Repairs are separate and additional unless otherwise stated.

3. Repair Authorization

No repairs will be performed without customer approval.
Approval can be given verbally, electronically, or in writing.
Once approved, customer is responsible for full payment of services.

4. Parts & Deposits

If parts are required, customer agrees to pay a deposit prior to ordering.
Deposit amount is typically 50% or full cost of the part, depending on availability.
If Elevate Air LLC does not have the part in stock:
The part will be ordered
A return visit will be required to complete the repair
Deposits for ordered parts are non-refundable once the order is placed.

5. Return Trip / Follow-Up Visits

If parts must be ordered, a return visit will be scheduled.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.
Accepted forms: cash, card, check, or financing (if available).
Failure to pay may result in:
Collection actions

7. 30-Day Service Warranty

All repair work performed by Elevate Air LLC includes a 30-day labor warranty from the date of service.
This warranty covers the specific repair performed only.

Warranty does NOT cover:

Failure of other components
Pre-existing issues or system condition
Lack of maintenance
Electrical issues, power surges, or external damage
Customer-supplied parts

8. Parts Warranty

Parts are subject to manufacturer warranty only, if applicable.
Elevate Air LLC does not manufacture parts and is not responsible for manufacturer defects.

9. No Guarantee on Aging Equipment

Repairs on older systems are not guaranteed to restore full system reliability.
Customer acknowledges that additional failures may occur.

10. System Condition & Liability

Elevate Air LLC is not responsible for:
Pre-existing conditions
System failures unrelated to the repair performed
Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

11. Access & Safety

Customer must provide safe and clear access to equipment.

Unsafe or hazardous conditions may result in refusal of service.

12. Cancellations

No call no shows may result in a service charge.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling service or approving repairs, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
